Tandem ships pumps and infusion sets directly to you. No pharmacy handoff for the device itself — unless you use Tandem Pump Rx, which fills select supplies through ASPN Pharmacies.
Payment plan, not manufacturer assistance: $0 down, minimum $50/mo (includes a $6.50 processing fee), up to 48 months, no credit check. Not available to Medicare/Medicaid/Tricare members, Florida residents, or buyers using a pharmacy benefit. A copay card may be available for uninsured/underinsured patients, but it is not a published self-serve card — eligibility and amount are confirmed by phone.
