Two parallel Sanofi programs both at $35/30-day: (1) Sanofi Insulins Co-pay Savings Program — for commercially-insured patients, max 10 packs per fill, one fill every 30 days. ACA Health Care Exchange plans ARE eligible. FEHB (Federal Employees Health Benefits) IS eligible (explicitly carved out as "not a federal/state government health care program"). (2) Insulins Valyou Savings Program — for uninsured patients OR insured patients choosing to pay cash outside their pharmacy benefit. Both programs require all Sanofi insulin prescriptions to be filled together each month. Medicare patients are excluded from both, but get $35/month insulin under the federal IRA cap by law. Medicaid/VA/DOD/TRICARE excluded.
