Verify with the patient whether they have a current Xultophy savings card before processing. If not, the patient's best paths are insurance coverage support (via novocare.com lookup) or the Novo PAP (free Xultophy for income-qualified uninsured / Medicare-no-LIS patients).
IMPORTANT — verification gap. Our prior data showed a $30/mo commercial savings card with $400/mo cap and SaveOnXultophy10036.com enrollment. As of 2026-05-11, SaveOnXultophy10036.com no longer resolves (connection failure) and the live Xultophy savings page on novocare.com does NOT mention this card. Novo may have discontinued the standalone commercial copay card and consolidated affordability into (a) insurance coverage support and (b) the PAP. Xultophy IS still on the Novo PAP product list (PDF NNIPAP_11_01012026) for uninsured / Medicare-no-LIS at ≤400% FPL.
