  • Enrolled in Medicare, Medicare Part D, Medicare Advantage, or Medigap (note: Medicare Part D beneficiaries pay $35/mo for insulin by federal law)
  • Enrolled in Medicaid, TRICARE, VA, DoD, or any state prescription assistance program
  • On an alternate funding program (AFP) that requires you to use the savings card as a coverage condition
  • Massachusetts residents when an AB-rated generic equivalent is available
  • California residents when an FDA-approved therapeutic equivalent is available
